Payments
Payment can be made with bank transfer or cash on arrival.
- Direct bank transfer: Your payment must be at our account no later than 5 working days after your booking is made, and before check-in.
- Pay on Arrival: Only cash payment in the currency Euro (EUR) or Hungarian forint (HUF). Card payment is not possible.
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the booking is cancelled in the 7 days before arrival.
Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in from 15:00
- Check-out until 11:00
Children and baby cot
- One baby cot (0-2 years) is available.
- Children up to and including 2 years accompanied by parents is free.
- Children above 2 years of age are subject to normal guest rate.
- Children of any age are allowed, as long as they are accompanied by an adult older than 25.
House rules
The building where the apartment is situated is well kept and guarded with main door that must be closed and locked at all times. Since the building is purely residential, guests are expected to respect at all times the peace and privacy of the neighbors.
Principal Rules:
- The apartment is only rented out to people older than 25 years of age
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and the building
- No pets allowed
- Loud music and parties are not permitted
- Strictly no illegal business of any sort to be conducted from the apartment
- No drugs, cannabis or use of illegal substances
- Any property damage shall be paid in full
- Please respect the tidiness of the apartment at all times
